I create portraits of people mostly.  The challenge for me, in this picture, was to create a “moving” portrait of a bunch of trees.  The goal was to create a feeling of intimacy by focusing on the composition and to create a picture that moved the viewer emotionally.  This is not easy when you are talking about trees.  However, these techniques have made my people portraits successful.
